Bookings:
To confirm your reservation a 10% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking. It is a condition of carriage that all monies are paid prior to tour departure.
Payment:
Full payment is required 14 days prior to travel.
Payment can be made using credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express, Diner’s and JCB cards (ALL credit cards incur a 10% surcharge), cheque or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Outback Private Tours is an exclusive service. Cancellations must be made in writing and such notice is not effective until received by Outback Private Tours.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours there is no refund.
Bookings cancelled between 24 to 72 hours notice have a 50% refund.
Outside of these hours, all money is refunded.
Travel Insurance:
Is not included. Guests are to arrange their own travel insurance.
Conditions of Travel:
• Minimum of 2 guests required for departure unless otherwise stated or pre arranged.

Weather permitting; Outback Private Tours reserves the right to amend itineraries and mode of transport if necessary for your safety and your continued enjoyment.
Seniors / Pensioners Rates:
Outback Private Tours accepts Seniors Cards from all around Australia. Discounts apply to direct bookings to our office on non-accommodated tours only.
